I saw this the other day when I went searching for more after the treadmill one. Did you see that they are holding a dance contest via YouTube.com? They are geeting people from everywhere to send a video of themselves doing an OK, Go dance and OK Go will choose the best and the winner will get to dance with OK Go on stage! There is a video annoucing the competition (which is pretty funny in itself) and then there are literally thousands of videos to watch of other people doing the OK Go dance! It is an absolute craze!
